About Jeff Narucki

For over 30 years, I've been in the trenches of the software industry, and for more than 20 of those years, I've been helping companies build and launch products that people love. My journey has taken me from hands-on software development to leading product teams used by both Fortune 100 corporations and scrappy startups. I've learned firsthand what it takes to turn an idea into a profitable product, especially in regulated industries like fintech and e-commerce.

My core belief is that great products are built on a deep, almost obsessive understanding of the customer. It's not about the features; it's about solving real problems and creating undeniable value. This philosophy has guided my work and is the foundation of my consulting and coaching practice.

My Approach

Frameworks are great, but they're just tools to organize your process and thoughts.

I use frameworks, but I teach the real-world hands-on application. I’ve helped teams launch stalled platforms in just two months, I've turned around multiple products that were set for End-Of-Life due to non-existent sales, turning them into profit-making machines within a year. I don't just provide a roadmap; I get in the weeds with you to find out what's really happening.

My experience has shown me that the best results come from:

  • Customer-First Empathy: Going beyond market research to truly understand your customers' lives and the problems they face.

  • Strategic Execution: Aligning product roadmaps with business strategy and turning those plans into tangible, revenue-generating results.

  • Team Empowerment: Building and coaching product teams to be self-sufficient, data-driven, and highly effective.
